Rachel was homeschooled through high school and, after graduating from SUNY Orange in Middletown, NY, she completed her studies at American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in New York City, graduating in December 2014. She began her career in January 2015 as an apprentice at the Cody-White Funeral Home in Milford, CT, where she worked for 7 years.

Rachel joined the Alderson-Ford Funeral Homes, Inc. family in March 2022 and continues to serve families with compassion and dedication. 

She and her husband, Brian, reside in Shelton, CT with their three young daughters.
