CHESHIRE - William George Henry Sudhoff, age 69, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2022 at Hartford Hospital, after a brief illness.

William was born in Bridgeport on May 12, 1953 to the late Wilhelm and Martha (Pudimat) Sudhoff. William was a longtime Stratford resident and retired Title Searcher. William was an avid sports fan of the Atlanta Braves, New York Jets, New York Rangers, San Antonio Spurs, and FC Bayern Munich, while also watching NASCAR races every Sunday. He loved to attend UConn Football games with his family to watch his son at work. Not only was he a fan of all sports, he also was an involved coach in his kids’ various sporting activities. He loved traveling with his family to a variety of vacation destinations and experiencing new things.

William is survived by his loving wife Roxanne Dumschott Sudhoff, and his devoted children Eric and Amanda Sudhoff. He was recently predeceased by his brother Harry Sudhoff. William is also survived by his brother Ed Sudhoff and his wife Sheila, as well as nieces and nephews, Sarah and Jakob Sudhoff, Bill Sudhoff and his wife Emily, Ed Sudhoff and his wife Dana. His memory and love will forever be in the hearts of his family and friends.

Arrangements: Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 11am to 1pm at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main Street for William’s family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Atlanta Braves Foundation.
