Wendy Zentek

Southington - Wendy Zentek, 60, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at her home. She was the wife of Martin Zentek. Her sense of humor and love will be missed dearly by all.

Wendy was born September 8, 1965, in Southington, the daughter of Dale Deckert and the late Doran Deckert. She previously worked as a secretary for Apple Valley Excavating and most recently was employed at the Prospect VFW 8075.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son Shayne Mackiewicz; her siblings Clint Deckert (Dannette), and Kelly Gawitt (Doug); and her granddaughter Izzy Mackiewicz. In addition to her father she is predeceased by her son Saxxon, as well as her brothers Rory and Lane.

Arrangements – Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to His Mansion Ministry, 395 Wolf Hill Rd., Deering, NH 03244.
