CHESHIRE – Tillman Howard Foster, 63, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020, at The Hospital of Central Connecticut - New Britain. He was lifelong resident of Cheshire.
Mr. Foster was born October 11, 1956, in New Haven, son of the late Ebenezer and Shirley (Smith) Foster. He was Associate Health Analyst for the Department of Healthcare Strategies for the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
Mr. Foster was a 1974 graduate of Cheshire High School, and of the University of Connecticut, where he received his Bachelors Degree. He continued his education at the University of New Haven, where he received his MBA. He held positions with various companies over the years, including Upjohn Co., the Knights of Columbus, BIC, Mark Levinson Audio Systems, and was a disc jockey for WYBC.
Mr. Foster is survived by his sister, Charlene Foster of Southington, and his brother, Eric Foster of Cheshire.
Arrangements- Services for Mr. Foster will be private and burial will be at the convenience of his family. There are no calling hours and The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home, 615 South Main Street, Cheshire, Ct. is assisting with his arrangements.
