Theodore Ciemier

Theodore S. Ciemier 88, passed away on Friday May 29, 2009 at the Masonic Home in Wallingford. He was the husband of Frances (Tamalavage) Ciemier

Mr. Ciemier was born in New Haven on November 8, 1920 and was the son of the late Michael and Sophie Ciemier. He was a WWII Air force veteran and a P.O.W in Germany. After the war Theodore became a tool and die maker and managed the former Ciemier and Raynor co. He also was the head machinist for the former Circuit Wise co of Hamden.

Besides his wife Frances he is survived by one son Tad Ciemier of East Haven. One brother Michael Ciemier of Wallingford and a sister Genvieve Ciemier of North Haven. Predeceased by a brother Stanley Ciemier.

Arrangments.Funeral services for Mr. Ciemier will be private. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown. The Slater Funeral Home 242 So. Main ST.
