Stella "Ann" Piekarski

CHESHIRE – Stella “Ann” Piekarski, 99, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 7, 2022, with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Bernard Piekarski.

Mrs. Piekarski was born on January 2, 1923, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Joseph and Stella (Maciejewski) Puchalski. At the age of one, her family moved to Cheshire, where she lived her entire life. She was retired from Ball and Socket Manufacturing Company of Cheshire, with over forty years of service.

Mrs. Piekarski is survived by her son, David Piekarski, and his wife, Anne, of Cheshire. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Kristen (John) Addicks, of Alpine, Wyoming, and her sister, Bella Kopcza, of Vernon, CT. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Piekarski was predeceased by her sisters, Josephine Hodgkins and Theresa Kokoski, and her brothers, Walter, Teddy and Edmund Puchalski, all of Cheshire.

Arrangements – Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours and The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with her arrangements.
