Naugatuck, CT Jonathan Francis Sego, 28, passed away suddenly in Middlebury, CT.
Jon is survived by his mother, Tammy Walker of Naugatuck; his father, Mark Wheatcraft of Seymour; his sisters, Elisha Martinez of Bridgeport and Kristy Creddo of North Haven and several cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family who adored him.

Jon was enrolled in an apprenticeship to become a tool maker and had every desire to succeed. He loved fishing, being outdoors, riding motorcycles and spending time with his closest friends, Mike, Sean, John C., TJ, Silas and John B. He was also blessed with a second family, the Stewarts (Amy, Jeff, Maddie and Ben) that he truly loved beyond measure. Jon had the kindest soul, loved to be silly and make people laugh and would genuinely help anyone in need.

Services will be Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. A celebration of life will follow at Jon’s favorite pub, Riddles, 419 North Main Street, Naugatuck, CT. Anyone who knew and loved him is welcome to attend.
