Helen Patskan

Naugatuck - Mrs. Helen L. (Hadfield) Patskan, age 89, of 74 Marjorie Street, died Sunday October 25,2009 at the Kindred Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. She was the widow of George Patskan.

Mrs. Patskan was born in Galesburg, Illinois on August 21,1920 daughter of the late Lewis and Emily (Wolf) Hadfield. She was retired from the Uniroyal Inc. Footwear Division in Naugatuck and was a communicant of St. Vincent Ferrer Church in Naugatuck. She was a member of the St. Vincent Ferrer Ladies Guild and the Naugatuck Senior Citizens Center.

Mrs. Patskan is survived by two sons: George Patskan of Powhatan, VA and John Patskan of San Diego, CA and two Grandchildern.

The funeral will be held on Friday October 30,2009 at 9:30 a.m. from the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home 82 Fairview Ave. Naugatuck to St. Vincent Ferrer Church 1006 New Haven Rd. Naugatuck for a mass at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck.
