Naugatuck - Nancy Celentano, 79, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven. She was the wife of the late Armand Celentano, who passed away in 2016.

Mrs. Celentano was born August 29, 1946, in Utica,NY, the daughter of the late Chester and Madeline (Stephens) Reynolds. She was a paralegal for many years until her retirement. She was an avid figure skater in her youth, loved having coffee with friends Linda and Sandy, and spending time with family.

She is survived by her daughter Candi Crouse (Ghaly); her grandchildren Nicole Marques (Adelmar Jr.), Miranda Gelinas, Kevin Crouse; her brother Francis Reynolds; as well as her great-grandchild Christian Marques. In addition to her husband and her parents, she is predeceased by her grandson Steven Crouse.

Arrangements – Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026 from 5 to 6:30 pm at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave., Naugatuck. A service will be held at 6:30 pm at the funeral home. Committal will be held at the convenience of the family.
