Lawrence M. Logan

Lawrence M. Logan, 75, of Cheshire, beloved husband of Gayle Logan, passed away on October 26, 2025. He was born on January 1, 1950 in New Haven, CT to the late Edward and Ruth Logan.

Lawrence retired as a CPA from Deloitte Financial Services. He was an avid bike rider and enjoyed riding along the Farmington Trail. He also enjoyed his walks in the neighborhood.

Lawrence graduated from Holy Cross and went to UMass for his MBA.

In addition to his wife, Gayle, Lawrence leaves behind his children, Elizabeth Logan (Richard Falco), Patrick Logan (Karina Herrera), and Jeremy Logan; his sister, Mary (Harry) Burdick; several nieces and nephews; and his first wife, Dorothy Logan. He was predeceased by his brother, Edward Logan.

Lawrence’s family would like to extend their gratitude to Smilow Cancer Hospital and Connecticut Hospice for their kindness, care and compassion they showed him.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home, 615 South Main St., Cheshire. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Cheshire Lutheran Church, 660 West Main St., Cheshire. Burial will follow at Cheshire Hillside Cemetery, 166 Wallingford Rd., Cheshire. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
