Naugatuck - Joseph T. Cameron, 54, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022, at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Joe was born March 19, 1968, in Waterbury, the son of the late Donald and Margaret (Buckley) Cameron. He was a longtime Naugatuck resident where he owned and operated Cameron Flooring, specializing in Hardwood Floors. He was a member of the Polish American Club, previously serving as the club’s President. Joe was a die-hard Cowboys & Yankee fan. He loved frequent trips to the casino & Misquamicut RI.

Joe is survived by his children Alana Kleinschmidt (CJ) of Wolcott, Brea Cameron of Albany, NY, and Joey Cameron (Amber) of Naugatuck; his siblings Cathy Brunnock (Tom) of Waterbury, Cindy Cameron (Nick DeLauri) of Waterbury, Margie Cameron (Jude Desjardins) of Bristol, Christine Belval (Pete) of Woodbury, Patti Vensel (Frank) of Wolcott, Don Cameron (Lori) of Waterbury, and David Cameron (Tammy) of Wolcott; as well as his eight grandchildren Jada, Cameron, Aaden, Ava, Aubrey, Layla, Alivia & Cole who meant the absolute world to him.

Arrangements – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday April 22, 2022 at 10 am at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, West Main St., Waterbury. Friends are asked to meet directly at church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The Alderson-Ford Funeral home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements.
