Cheshire - Joseph “Jay” Hickey Jr., 71, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Civita Care Center at Cheshire.
Jay was born September 8, 1951, in New Haven, the son of the late Joseph and Arlyne (Emmett) Hickey. He was a lifelong Cheshire resident working as a handyman. He enjoyed bike riding, and fishing at Sleeping Giant and was an avid Red Sox fan.
Jay is survived by his siblings Joan Hickey and Mark Hickey as well as many friends.
