CHESHIRE; Mr. John Andrukevich, 89 of Cheshire passed away Monday October 4, 2010 at the Meriden Center. He was the husband of Julia (Rasinski) Andrukevich.
Mr. Andrukevich was born January 26, 1921 in Elizabeth, NJ and was a graduate of Jefferson High School. He was an engineer at the Hilliard Company retiring after many years of service. He was a US Army veteran serving during WWII. He was also a pilot who owned his own plane and had been a Cheshire resident for the past six years.
Funeral services and burial for Mr. Andrukevich will be held at the convenience of his family. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire 615 South Main Street has care of arrangements.
