Joanna "Jodie" Ford-Segetti

Naugatuck - Joanna M. “Jodie” Ford-Segetti, 49, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at her home.

Jodie was born on June 7, 1977, in Waterbury, the daughter of John W. Ford and the late Maureen E. (Hughes) Ford.

Jodie was a lifelong Naugatuck resident, attending Salem and Hillside Schools, graduating from Naugatuck High School, Class of 1995. She furthered her education at Southern Connecticut State University and Post University, obtaining her Bachelor’s degree. She was a certified Phlebotomist as well as a Medical Transcriptionist.

Besides her father, with whom she made her home, Jodie is survived by her son Kyle Jay Segetti; her brother Daniel “Dan” Ford and his wife Danielle; her nephew Ryan and her niece Emma; as well as several loving cousins.

Arrangements - Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 5 to 7 pm at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 82 Fairview Ave. On Saturday, Jodie’s funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 am and proceed to St Francis of Assisi Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am.
