Jeffrey Ouellette

Torrington - Jeffrey Ouellette, 59, formerly of Naugatuck, passed away at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

Jeff was born August 13, 1965, in Waterbury, the son of the late Henry and Dorothy (Shappy) Ouellette. He graduated from Wilby High School in 1984 and proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He had also worked as a Truck Driver.

He is survived by his sister, Staci Osborne. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother Kenneth.

Arrangements – A graveside service with military honors will be held in Calvary Cemetery, 2324 E Main St, Waterbury, on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 1 pm, and there are no calling hours. The Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
