Jane W. Clark, 98, of Cheshire, entered into eternal rest on November 13, 2023. She was born in New Haven on February 12, 1925, daughter of the late Jerome and Grace Casey Walsh. Jane was predeceased by her beloved husband, Wilbur Edmund Clark. She is survived by her four children, Stephen E. (predeceased Andrea), William T. (Debra), Mark J. (Cathy) and Sharon (Nick) Gaeta. She also leaves seven grandchildren, Julia, Timothy and Branden Clark, Ryan and Dylan Clark and Sara and Nicholas Gaeta; and one great grandchild. She joins her sisters and brother in eternal rest.

Jane was a graduate of St. Francis School, Hillhouse High School and Southern Connecticut State College. She was a teacher in New Haven and Cheshire. After retiring in 1983, she volunteered at the Legionaries of Christ in Cheshire and Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford and also belonged to the Cheshire Women’s Club.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. Bridget of Sweden Parish/St. Bridget Church, 175 Main St., Cheshire, CT. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave., North Haven, CT.
