CHESHIRE- Irene Sikeritzky, 95, passed away, Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Mid-State Medical Center. She was predeceased by her husband Alexander Sikeritzky.
Mrs. Sikeritzky was born July 24, 1924 in New Haven.
Irene was a Meat Cutter prior to her retirement. In her free time she enjoyed watching soaps, and cowboy movies.
She is survived by her son-in-law Jerome Pickus of Cheshire; her brother Ronald Wulff; and her grandson Steven Pickus and his wife Nicole Kurker-Stewart of Cheshire. Irene was predeceased by her daughter Alexis Irene Pickus in 2011.
A private graveside service for Mrs. Sikeritzky will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in New Haven. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St, 06410, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
