Frederick J. Bergeron

Frederick J. Bergeron, 84, of Beacon Falls, beloved husband of Bernice A. Bergeron, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2024. Frederick was born on May 4, 1939 in Hamden, CT to the late Frederick and Lillian Bergeron.

Frederick was a skilled master carpenter who took immense pride in his work. He enjoyed watching baseball games and old western movies and shows. He loved to tinker and fix anything he could, especially cars. He cherished the moments spent with his family and above all else, loved being a grandfather.

Frederick leaves behind his son, Scott Bergeron and his son, Connor; stepdaughter, Darlene (Dan) Leiper and her children, Katelyn, Amanda and Ricky; daughter, Nadine (Steve) Drmic and her children, Alanna, Kayla and James; brother, Donald Bergeron; sister, Shirley Ashe; and several nieces and nephews. Frederick was predeceased by his son-in-law, Richard Rogers; and sisters, Joan Russell, Sandra Piery and Ruth Mills.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Church, 25 Maple Ave., Beacon Falls, CT. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery, 28 Silver Hill Rd., Ansonia, CT. Memorial contributions may be made to Animals for Life at https://animalsforlife.org/
