Fred C. Engle

Fred C. Engle, 70, passed away, Sunday, February 23, 2020 at the West Haven VA Hospital.

Mr. Engle was born June 7, 1949, in Waterbury, the son of the late Fred and Etta Rose (Noe) Engle. He attended local schools and served his country in the U.S. Airforce. Before moving to Waterbury several years ago he was a Beacon Falls resident.
Mr. Engle is survived by his sister Freda Carreiro of Oakville; his brother John Engle and his wife Elena of Naugatuck; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sister Sally Geary.

Arrangements – A graveside service, with military honors, will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at 11 am at Pines Bridge Cemetery in Beacon Falls. There are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements.
