Antonio "Tony" Rinaldi

Waterbury - Antonio “Tony” Rinaldi, 65, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023, at Waterbury Hospital.  He was the husband of Veronica “Ronnie” Rinaldi.

Tony was born July 28, 1957, in Montreal, Canada, the son of the late Luigi and Nicolina (Guerrera) Rinaldi.  He came to the U.S. at the age of 11 and had been a longtime Waterbury resident.  He loved working with his hands and at a young age founded Rintec Corp., a manufacturing/prototype company in Watertown. 

Besides his wife of 44 years, Tony is survived by his daughters Kristen Rinaldi and her husband Matthew Kardas, along with their children Luca, Tino, and Alessia; Jessica Tichy and her husband Aaron, along with their surviving children Danielle and Bryson; and Alexis Rinaldi; his sister Antoinette Palmieri, as well as, her children Claudia, Stephen and Maryann, and Bryan and Tania Palmieri; Mother-in-law Rose Reignier; Brother-in-law Jeffrey Reignier; Sister-in-law Melanie Brophy; Sister-in-law Leslie Reignier and husband Jonathan Perez; Aunt and Uncle Mario and Michelina (Guerrera) Valletta from Canada and their children Pasquale (Pat) Valletta and his wife Shirley, Anna Valletta and her husband Donato; in addition to several cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grandnephews from both the USA and Canada.
