Anne W. Tassmer, 83, of New Britain, formerly of Branford, passed away on October 23, 2026. Anne was born July 13, 1943 in New Haven to William P. Wrinn and Mary Driscoll Wrinn. Anne was predeceased by her husband, Wilbur H. Tassmer and her brother, William P. Wrinn Jr. She leaves her sons, Paul and Peter Tassmer and grandsons, Henry and William Tassmer.

Anne was a graduate of Hillhouse High School in New Haven and was employed as a secretary in both Cheshire and New Britain public schools. She was a Cheshire resident for many years.

A Graveside Service will take place on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 11 a.m. at St. Bridget Cemetery, Higgins Rd., Cheshire, CT.
