Albert "Jonathan" Burgos

NAUGATUCK – Albert “Jonathan” Burgos, 32, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 at Waterbury Hospital.

Mr. Burgos was born August 30, 1986 in New York, N.Y., a son of Adalberto Burgos and Basiliza (Fernandez) MacCalmon. He was employed as an ophthalmology technician. Mr. Burgos was a 2004 graduate of Naugatuck High School where he played football and basketball. He loved all sports, especially the N. Y. Yankees and the N. Y. Giants.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Burgos is survived by his daughter, Kailey Arianna Burgos of Thomaston; the mother of his child Melissa Miele; his brother, Brandon Burgos; his sisters, Jessica, Sydney, Jennifer, Kristen, Lulu, Lianisbeth and Dianisbeth ; his paternal grandparents, Bienvenido and Iris Burgos; his maternal grandmother, Ana “Nani” Fernandez. He will also be missed by his uncles, Jorge and Joe “Cuchi” and his aunts, Damaris, Toni, and Tata; his nieces, Stella and Davianis and nephews, Cyrus, Jiovanni, Joseph and Mason and many cousins.

Arrangements – Funeral services for Jonathan will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Alderson Funeral Home of CHESHIRE, 615 S. Main St. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery, Naugatuck. Calling hours will be held Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
