CHESHIRE - William MacAlpine, 92, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the VITAS Unit at St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury. He was the husband of Evelyn L. (Hanscom) MacAlpine.
Mr. MacAlpine was born December 17, 1921 at Waterbury, CT the son of the late William and the late Tilly (Mulholland) MacAlpine Sr. He was employed for many years as a truck driver for Baskin Robins.
Besides his wife, Mr. MacAlpine is survived by his Nephew, Tom Morton and Niece, Patty Kinnan.
Arrangements - A Graveside Service will be held on Friday April 4, 2014 at 2p.m. at Cheshire Hillside Cemetery. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements.
