Teresa Blesso

Naugatuck ' Teresa Catherine Blesso, 52, of Cherry St. passed away Tuesday December 9, 2008 at Waterbury Hospital as a result of a heart attack. She was the wife of Gary Egeland.

Teresa was born November 20, 1956 in Hartford the daughter of Muriel Blesso DiGiro and the late Edward J. Blesso. She attended Syracuse University and Tunxis Community College. She was a longtime Naugatuck resident.

Besides her mother and her husband Gary, Teresa is survived by her brother Edward J. Blesso and his wife Lyne of New Hartford; two sisters, Ann Bartholomay and her husband Jim of Newtown, PA and Mary Byrne and her husband Jack of Pottsville, PA; her brother-in-law Bob Egeland of Naugatuck; a sister-in-law Ann Briton and her husband Tom of Naugatuck, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and her best friend, her dog Daniel the Spaniel.

Arrangements ' A memorial service will be held on Saturday December 13, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours.
