Stephen Noreikis

WOLCOTT- Mr. Stephen R. Noreikis, 52 of Wolcott, passed away Wednesday morning Feb. 29, 2012 at his home. He was the husband of Diane (Knox) Noreikis.

Stephen was born in Waterbury, Sept. 14, 1959, a son of the late Joseph and Barbara (Demenske) Noreikis. He was educated in the Waterbury school system and was employed by Mattatuck Industrial Scrap until his medical retirement this past June. He enjoyed Hunting and Fishing and Motorcycles.

Besides his wife, he leaves his children, Michael S. Noreikis and Brooke L Noreikis both of Wolcott; one brother, Joseph Noreikis and his wife Deborah of Northfield and one sister, Katherine Boxer and her husband Kevin of Oakville and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Charles Demenske.

His funeral will be held on Saturday Mar.3, 2012 at 10:15 a.m. from the Mulville Funeral Home, 270 West Main St. at Holmes Ave. and proceed to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
