Shari Lee LeBel

Shari Lee (Sickola) LeBel, age 59, of Beacon Falls passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at her home. She was the wife of the late Donald J. LeBel, Sr. Shari was born on March 15, 1958 in Waterbury, loving daughter of Shirley W. (Dyson) Sickola and the late John E. Sickola Jr.

Shari worked for the State of CT, Judicial Branch, Support Enforcement Unit in Waterbury for over 25 years. She was a dedicated and well respected employee and an integral part of their team, and was very fortunate to work with people she loved and considered family. Shari was the most compassionate and caring daughter and sister, always anticipating the needs of her family and tending to them. She shared a special bond with her brother, Johnny, from a very young age and missed him dearly since his passing last year.

She is the beloved daughter and best friend of Shirley Sickola of Beacon Falls, and is survived by her dear parrot, P.P. Sweet Pea, faithful dog, Guilliana and many cherished friends. She was predeceased by her father, John E. Sickola Jr and her brother, John E. Sickola III.

Friends are invited to a visitation at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770 on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 5PM to 8PM. Shari’s Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 11AM in the Congregational Church of Naugatuck, UCC, Division Street, Naugatuck(Please meet DIRECTLY at church). Burial will be private and at the convenience of her family.
