Sean P. Devine

CHESHIRE - Sean P. Devine, 46, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020, at Yale-New Haven Hospital - St. Raphael’s Campus.

Sean was born January 21, 1974, in New Haven, the son of Jerry and Charlotte (Rubino) Devine. He was a longtime Cheshire resident where he attended local schools and graduated from Cheshire High School, Class of 1992. He continued his education, obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Southern CT State University in 1998. Sean played on the Baseball and Football teams at CHS during his freshman year. Since his years at Dodd Middle School, Sean was a gifted musician playing Drums and Guitar and had played in a number of bands during his high school and college years. Recently Sean was trying to get his Vietnam play produced locally. Like his family, Sean was a long-suffering NY Jets and Mets fans.

Besides his parents, Sean is survived by his daughter Danielle Devine; his former wife Christy Devine; his sisters Tracey Syphers and her husband Kenneth, and Darcy Kennedy; his aunt Lois Martin; his uncle and aunt Robert and Gail Devine; his niece Aria; as well as his many cousins. Sean will be missed by all especially for his infectious sense of humor and wit. He will surely be missed by his co-workers at K and M Tire Distributors.
