Ruth Conway

WATERBURY - Ruth A. Conway, 93, passed away Wednesday April 27, 2011 at Abbott Terrace.

Ms. Conway was born November 30, 1917 in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Vincent and Anna (Brazis) Conway. She was a longtime resident of both Waterbury and Naugatuck. She graduated from Naugatuck High School and later received her Bachelors from Albertus Magnus College. She was a Communicant of both St. Margaret's Church and the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Waterbury where she was active with the Legion of Mary Auxiliary and the Daughters of Isabella. She was a member of the Albertus Alumni Association.

Ms. Conway is survived by several cousins.

Arrangements - A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday May 2, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret Church Willow St. Waterbury. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck. There are no calling hours. The Mulville Funeral Home 270 West Main St. is assisting with arrangements.
