WOLCOTT- Russell Spencer Davis, 74, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital.
He was born March 1, 1946 in Waterbury, son of the late Russell and Eleanor (Reihl) Davis.
Mr. Davis was a Toolmaker in the manufacturing industry prior to his retirement. In his younger years prior to his illness Russel loved to bowl, and was a car enthusiast.
Russell is survived by his nephews Squire and his wife Pamela Mahoney of Douglas, MA, and Reihl and his wife Sheri Mahoney of Lexington, MA; and cousins Jean and Philip Lawton of Waterbury. He was predeceased by his brother Lawrence Davis, and sister Eleanor Davis Mahoney.
A private burial of Mr. Davis’s ashes will take place in Bucks Hill Cemetery in the spring. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 496 Chase Ave, 06704, is assisting the family with the arrangements. Donations in Russell’s name can be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O Box 7023, Merrfield, VA 22116.
