Richard was born in New Haven, April 5, 1967, the son of the late Joseph Mayo and Mary (Clark) Mayo of Cheshire. He was raised in Cheshire and returned to New Haven in his adult life. He was a DJ, lover of music and movies, and lived life to its fullest.
Besides his loving mother Mary C Mayo, Richard leaves behind, his girlfriend of over 10 years Candice Urbanowicz and many loving friends and family members. Richard was predeceased by his father Joseph.
Funeral service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
