Otavia Blando

CHESHIRE- Otavia Blando, 86 passed away Sunday September 9, 2012 at Waterbury Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Blando Sr.

She was born August 9, 1926 in Garfield, NJ daughter of the late Louis and Josephine (D' Ambrose) Vincitorio.

Otavia was a communicant of the Church of the Epiphany in Cheshire.

She is survived by a daughter Sandra and her husband Thomas Goldrick of Cresskill, NJ; a brother Michael Vincitorio of Raleigh, NC; a sister in law Phyllis Vincitorio of Waterbury; and two granddaughters Kristen, and Erin Goldrick. She was predeceased by a son Charles Blando II, and her brother Carmine Vincitorio.

Arrangements- Otavia's funeral will be held Thursday September 13, 2012 9:15 A.M from The Alderson

Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St, 06410 to The Church of the Epiphany, 1750 Huckins Road, Cheshire, 06410 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery, Higgins Road, Cheshire, 06410. Calling hours will be held Wednesday September 12, 2012 from 5 to 8 P.M at the funeral home.
