Noel Favarger

CHESHIRE - Noel T. Favarger, 72, passed away Thursday August 25, 2011 at Mid-State Medical Center. He was the husband of Marietta (Scarfi) Favarger.

Noel was born November 29, 1938 in Paris, France the son of the late Guy Max Theodore Favarger and Elizabeth P. (Biele) Favarger. He was a longtime Cheshire resident and a graduate of Cheshire Academy. He was a Korean Conflict Army Veteran and a retired Teamsters Member.

Besides his wife of 46 years, Noel is survived by his son Stephen C. Favarger and his wife Denise L. Cicuto of Alameda, CA; his daughter Maria N. (Favarger) Roberts of Litchfield; his brother Guy M. Favarger of Branford; and his two grandchildren Brittany C. and Andrew T. Roberts.

Arrangements - Funeral services will be held on Friday September 2, 2011 at 5 p.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received by the family on Friday from 4 p.m. until the start of the service.
