Melody "Little Mel" Dorothy Emmons

NAUGATUCK- Melody “Little Mel” Dorothy Emmons, 26, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 29, 2020.

Ms. Emmons was born October 6, 1993, daughter of Robert Emmons and Columbia Lumis.
In her free time, she loved to sing, dance, and play blackjack.

Besides her parents she is survived by her daughter Jaelynn Torres; her five sisters Melissa Landry of Naugatuck, Jill and her husband Ian Belward of Prospect, Jessica and her husband Ricardo Soto of Naugatuck, Amy Lumis of Naugatuck, and Michelle Armstrong of Waterbury; step father Robin Armstrong; step brothers Dave Armstrong, and Robert and his wife Veronica Armstrong; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Private calling hours will be held at The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St, 06770. A graveside committal will be held 11:30 A.M, Thursday, August 6, 2020 at St. James Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to go directly to the graveside. Social distancing and masks are required.
