Maryan Pettinicchi

CHESHIRE- Maryan S. Pettinicchi, 65, passed away Friday October 14, 2011 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. She was the wife of Donald "Butch" Pettinicchi.

She was born February 5, 1946 in Waterbury daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Vuglis) Boudreau.

Maryan was a graduate of Crosby High School, and Paier School of Art in New Haven. She was a Freelance Artist and Owner of St. George LTD. Her work was displayed at the Governor's Mansion and the White House. In free time she loved to spend time with her cats, working in her garden, and loved spending time in Newport, RI.

Besides her husband she is survived by two Aunts Rose Henry and Dorothy Soehnel; three cousins Andrew and George Henry, and Sheila Haddad; and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements- Maryan's funeral will be held Tuesday October 18, 2011 9:15 A.M from The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St, 06410 to St. Thomas Becket Church, 435 N. Brooksvale Road, Cheshire, CT 06410 for a Funeral Mass at 10 A.M. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held Monday, October 17, 2011 from 5 to 8 P.M at the funeral home. Donations in Maryan's name may be made to Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Road, Branford, 06405.
