Mary F. Massa

Meriden – Mary F. Massa, 63, passed away on July 22, 2016, at the Meriden Center, after a brief illness.

Ms. Massa was born on September 18, 1952 in Washington D.C., the daughter of the late Richard and Helen (Chonko) Slusarz Sr.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Melissa Hass and her husband Arthur of Meriden, their son, Dakota and daughter, Caley, and her brothers, Richard T. Slusarz, Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Prospect and Mark S. Slusarz and his partner Joseph Romano of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. She will also be missed by her niece, Brianna and her great granddaughter, Scarlett, and most especially, by her partner, Alexander Lopez of Meriden.

Arrangements- A private graveside ceremony will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home, 615 South Main St., Cheshire, Thursday evening, from 6:00 until 8:00. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Mary’s name, may be made to The Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington, Ct., 06111.
