WATERBURY- Marian Fiermonte, 86, passed away Wednesday November 14, 2012 at the Abbott Terrace Health Center.
She was born November 20, 1925 daughter of the late Thomas and Rose (Rizzi) Fiermonte.
Marian attended local Waterbury Schools. She was an Administrative Assistant for the Waterbury Board of Education prior to her retirement. Marian was a member of The First Baptist Church of Plymouth.
The family would like to extend a thank you to the staff of Abbott Terrace Health Center for the care they showed Marian during her stay.
She is survived by her twin daughters Beverly Poyner of New Jersey, and Barbara Hall of Virginia; a sister Josephine LaRosa of Waterbury; three grandchildren; a sister in law Helen Fiermonte; several nieces and nephews; and several grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers Dan, Tony, Nicholas and Vito Fiermonte; and two sisters Lucy Taylor, and Ann Fiermonte.
Arrangements- A service for Marian will be held 10 A.M, Saturday November 17, 2012 at The Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave, 06710. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, 183 North St, Watertown, 06795. Calling hours will be held 9 A.M until the start of the service. In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to The First Baptist Church of Plymouth, 2 North St, Plymouth, 06782.
