Karen J. Pechon, 63, of 562 Savin Ave, West Haven, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at The Hospital of St. Raphael's in New Haven.
Karen was born March 1, 1946 in New Haven and was the daughter of Carol (Beirach) and the late Vincent J. Calandrella.
Besides her mother Karen is survived by three daughters, Ruth Ann, and Jacqueline, of South Carolina, and Michelle of California, a sister Alyce Schlosser of Cheshire, five grandchildren, and three very special longtime friends, Pam, Ana, and Rosie.
Arrangements- Funeral Services are private. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main Street, Cheshire is in charge of the arrangements. Donations in Karen's name may be made to Animal Rescue Foundation, P.O Box 538, Thomaston, CT 06787.
