Joseph Metzler

CHESHIRE – Joseph Metzler, 89, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Cheshire Regional Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Metzler was born May 1, 1930 in Cheshire, a son of late Benjamin and Helen (Roberts) Metzler. He was a retired handyman who worked for a local dry cleaning firm.

Mr. Metzler is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Metzler and Georgina Hendrick, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Joseph was predeceased by his brothers, Thomas, Benjamin Jr. and Edwin, and his sisters, Martha and Mildred.

Arrangements – A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. at Cheshire Hillside Cemetery, Wallingford Road, Cheshire.
