FAIRFIELD; Mr. Jacob "Jack" Jambor, 78 of Fairfield passed away Saturday September 4, 2010 at Bridgeport Hospital. He was the husband of the late Martha W. (Klein) Jambor.
Mr. Jambor a Holocaust survivor was born in Hungary and emigrated to Israel in 1947 and came to the United States in 1965.
He is survived by his sons, Dr. Clinton Jambor of Bloomfield and Police Officer Jason Jambor of Patterson, NY and two grandchildren Jacob and Gabrielle Jambor.
Graveside services will be held Sunday September 5, 2010 at 2 p.m.at Bikur Cholim Cemetery 250 Reid Street in Fairfield. Shiva will be observed at the home of Jason Jambor 96 West Street Patterson, NY 12563 through Wednesday evening.
