CHESHIRE- Helen Blansfield, 85, passed away Monday July 30, 2012 at Mid-State Medical Center in Meriden. She was predeceased by her husband Floyd E. Blansfield.
She was born February 23, 1927 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Vincent and Veronica (Kundrotas) Ardzijauskas.
Helen was employed at the Doolittle School in Cheshire as an Administrative Assistant prior to her retirement.
She is survived by a daughter Margaret Maddaloni, her son-in-law Paul Maddaloni, of Cheshire; and two grandchildren Jennifer and her husband Jon Potokin, of Stamford, and Melissa Maddaloni of Cheshire. She was predeceased by her brother Vincent Ardzijauskas.
Arrangements- Funeral services for Helen will be private. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St, is assisting with the arrangements.
