George Rose

CHESHIRE- George W. Rose III, 60, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at The Mid State Medical Center in Meriden. He was the husband of Susan (Biron) Rose.

George was born December 10, 1949 in New Haven and was the son of George W. Jr. and Anna (Fredrickson) Rose.

George was a graduate of Cheshire High School Class of 1968. In his spare time he was an avid golfer, and a New York Yankees, and Giants fan.

Besides his wife and parents, George is survived by a son, Kyle R. Rose of Cheshire; a daughter Elizabeth A. Rose of Meriden; a sister Shirley and her husband Daniel Brewerton of Cheshire; and a granddaughter Kayla Rose Frontiero.

Arrangements- Calling hours for George will be held Friday, July 2, 2010 at The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St., 06410 from 5 to 8 P.M. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Donations in George's name may be to the American Diabetes Association.
