Frankie Carron

Frankie S. Carron, 62, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Yale New Haven Hospital after her seven year battle with cancer. She was the wife of Carlton H. Carron of 42 years.

Mrs. Carron was born February 22, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of Yetta (Asbell) Scoblow and the late Edward Scoblow. She was a longtime Cheshire resident and a landmark at Bagelicious Bagels since it originated. Her greatest love and joy was being with her family. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, taking walks on the Linear Path and walking with her husband and beloved pug, Herald, on the beach. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Besides her mother and husband, Mrs. Carron is survived by her daughters - Carlee Reynolds and her husband Matthew of Bristol; Kimberly Carron Hayes and her husband Joseph of Uncasville; her sister Cheryl Gibertoni and her husband Joseph Sr. of Wallingford; her grandchildren Briannah and Hayden, several sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her son, Kevin.

The family would like to thank Dr. Denis Cooper and his assistant Amy Barile for their wonderful care over the years.

Arrangements - Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013, 9:15 from the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. to St. Bridget Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 312 Research Parkway, #212, Meriden, CT 06450 or to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook St., Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
