Elaine M. Wyott

Elaine M. (Eisner) Wyott, age 74, of Waterbury entered into rest at her home on Saturday, December 24, 2016. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Wyott. Elaine was born on April 12, 1942 in White Plains, New York, daughter of the late Harold and Aimee M. (Wynacht) Eisner.

She was a longtime resident of Waterbury and a parishioner of the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Elaine enjoyed traveling with her husband, family trips to the beach and vacationing in Florida. She was a collector of dolls, figurines and various other items.

Elaine is the beloved mother of Ricky Allen Wyott of Waterbury and Dawn Wyott Monroe of Waterbury; loving grandmother of Steven Wyott Osnato and his fiancée, Daniella Capozzi; and is survived by her two cherished great-grandchildren, Steven Wyott Osnato, Jr. and Sienna Osnato; and her daughter-in-law, Sherry Giancarli. She was predeceased by her son, Jay Wyott.

Friends may greet Elaine’s family at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave. 06710 on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 8AM-9AM. At 9AM, her funeral procession will leave the funeral home and proceed to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, 74 W. Main Street, Waterbury for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:30AM. Interment will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery.
