WATERBURY - Eduardo Maldonado, 64, passed away Saturday July 20, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness.
Mr. Maldonado was born October 14, 1948 in Puerto Rico, the son of the late Ramon and Gerardina (Morales) Maldonado. He moved to New York State at the age of 17 and had also resided in New Bedford, MA before moving to Waterbury in 2001. He was a commercial fisherman who loved spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Maldonado is survived by his sons Edward, Eduardo Jr., Ediberto; his daughters Anelia, Roxanne, Lisa, Monica, and Urisha; his sisters Alma and Amalia; seventeen grandchildren as well as several close nieces and nephews.
Arrangements - Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave. is assisting with arrangements.
