Edna Corriveau

FRANKLIN, NC - Edna M. Corriveau, 79, formerly of Cheshire, passed away Thursday May 17, 2012. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Corriveau Sr.

Mrs. Corriveau was born August 20, 1932 in New Haven and was a longtime Cheshire resident before moving to NC. She retired from Marlin Firearms where she worked as an inspector for many years. She was known by all for her love for family.

Mrs. Corriveau is survived by her son David Corriveau Sr. of Hamden; her daughter Marie Robert of New Haven; her brother Richard Boughton and his wife Carol of Clinton; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Besides her husband, she is predeceased by her son Joseph and her daughter Michelle.

Arrangements - Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 24, 2012, 9:15 from the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire 615 S. Main St., to St. Thomas Becket Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
