Earl Parks

CHESHIRE - Earl L. Parks, 91, passed away Tuesday November 8, 2011 at Elim Park Baptist Home in Cheshire. He was the husband of Fern (Palmer) Parks.

Mr. Parks was born May 16, 1920 in Presque Isle, ME, the son of the late Harry L. and Elizabeth (Tompkins) Parks. He was a former resident of Meriden as well as Maine and was employed in the Aircraft Manufacturing field for many years.

Besides his wife, Mr. Parks is survived by his daughter Carolyn Moyer; his grandchildren Richard Moyer, Shauna Falis, Jonathan Parks, and great grandchildren Brianna Moyer and Chloe Falis. He was predeceased by his son Ronald.

Arrangements - Funeral services will be held on Friday November 11, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Elim Park 150 Cook Hill Road, Cheshire, in Nelson Hall. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Meriden. Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until the start of the service in Nelson Hall. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. is assisting with arrangements.
