Doreen M. Fusco, 83 passed away on Sunday June 28, 2009 surrounded by her family at Mid-State Medical Center. She was the ex-wife of the late Umberto A. Fusco.
Doreen was born on February 20, 1926 in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. and was the daughter of the late George W. and Helen (Hancock) Greaves.
She was a retired bookkeeper for the Marion Tool and Manufacturing / Conn. Centerless Grinding Co. Doreen was a Supernumerary for the Cheshire Police Department in the late 1960's. She was also an accomplished artist.
Doreen is survived by one son Robert A. Fusco of Milldale , two daughters Karen Fusco and Patti Smith both of Cheshire, three grandchildren, Matthew, Sage and Daniel and a great-grandson Dyllan. She was also predeceased by a brother Douglas Greaves.
Arrangements; There will be no services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire 615 So. Main St. is in charge of arrangements.
