Naugatuck - Debra Kerski, 69, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. She was the longtime companion of Ed Kirdzik.
Debra was born March 28, 1952, in New Haven, the daughter of the late Michael and Edith (Beckert) Barbash. She was a lifelong Naugatuck resident who loved her animals.
Besides her companion Ed, she is survived by her daughter Melissa Kerski; her son John Kirdzik; her sister Elaine Hamelin; as well as her 5 grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother Michael Barbash.
Arrangements –A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 11 am at Northwest Cemetery in Woodbridge. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements.
