WATERBURY- Mrs. Darlene D. (Jordan) Seabolt, 56 of 275 River St., Waterbury, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010 at the Waterbury Hospital. She was the wife of the late Murray Jordan for over 19 years. He passed away in 1996.

Mrs. Seabolt was born in Beaver County, PA, May 2, 1953, a daughter of Mrs. Fern (Seabolt) Hartley and the late Emmett A.Seabolt and had been a Waterbury resident for the past several months, having formerly lived in Naugatuck and New Haven. She was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was affiliated with the Ryan White Foundation for many years. She attended the Four Square Gospel Church in Seymour

Besides her Mother of Beaver Falls, PA, she leaves one son, Donald Moffett of Meriden; two daughters, Melanie Jordon and Yolanda Tiano and her companion Joseph Bruneau, Jr. all of Waterbury; 3 sisters, Eleanor Hartley, Phyllis Hartley and Ellen Hartley all of Pennsylvania; 8 grandchildren, Corky Jordan, Carlene Gunn, Cory Gunn, John W. Gunn,IV, Justin Tiano, Murrae Tiano, Amy Ayala and Donald Moffett Ayala; and one great-grandson, Nathan James Jordan. She as predeceased by her brothers, David Hartley and Leo Hartley.

Funeral services will be held Sunday Jan. 10th at 3:30 pm at The Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. Burial will be in Kings Highway Cemetery, Milford at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1 pm until 4 p.m. Military honor will be accorded at the funeral home at 4 p.m.
