Cecilio "El Menor" Surillo DeLeon

In loving Memory of Cecilio “El Menor” Surillo Deleón passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury.

Cecilio was born November 2, 1947 in Humacao, PR and resided in Waterbury, CT.

He was the beloved father of Julio César Surillo, César Surillo and José William Surillo.

Services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury has been entrusted with his care.


Psalm 23

The Lord is my Shepherd
I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters

He leads me in paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk through the
valley of the shadow of death,
